Sports Integrity and Compliance Investigations

TMD Security Consulting and Litigation Services provides integrity and compliance investigative services to professional sports leagues, sports organizations, and college athletic programs. TMD's principal, David Morgan, currently serves as an NFL Integrity Representative and recently served as a Senior Security Manager for FIFA during the 2025 Club World Cup. That combination of active professional sports experience is rare among private investigative firms.

NFL Integrity

Since 2022, TMD has provided investigative and compliance support to the National Football League as an Integrity Representative. In that role, David identifies and investigates threats to the integrity of the league, including sports wagering violations, prohibited conduct, and compliance matters. He works directly with league personnel and coordinates with external stakeholders as needed throughout the investigative process.

FIFA and International Soccer

David served as a Senior Security Manager for FIFA in connection with the 2025 Club World Cup, one of the largest international soccer events ever hosted in the United States. In that capacity, he provided security planning and risk management support at the venue and event level, drawing on his background in federal law enforcement and large-scale operations management.

Sports Wagering Compliance

Sports wagering is now legal across much of the United States, and the resulting compliance obligations for leagues, teams, and institutions are significant. TMD built an active network of relationships within the sports wagering ecosystem in Ohio, including liaisons at the Ohio Casino Commission, licensed wagering platforms, and integrity monitoring organizations. That network supports rapid information sharing when potential violations arise and informs the compliance training TMD provides to institutional clients.

College Athletics

College athletic programs face increasing pressure related to sports wagering, NIL compliance, and athlete conduct. TMD works with universities and athletic departments to investigate potential violations, assess compliance programs, and provide training to staff and student-athletes on applicable rules and the consequences of violations.
