Title IX Investigations and Decision-Making

TMD Security Consulting and Litigation Services provides Title IX investigative and decision-making services to school districts, educational service centers, and higher education institutions across Ohio. Our investigators hold certifications as both Title IX Investigators and Title IX Decision-Makers, giving us the ability to support the full range of institutional obligations under applicable federal regulations.

What We Investigate

TMD handles Title IX matters involving allegations of sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, gender-based discrimination, and related employee or student conduct. Our investigators are experienced in matters at both the K-12 and higher education levels and are familiar with the procedural requirements that apply to each.
